Pork Chop Casserole
This meal is nice, warm and will make your tummy happy. Definitely a comfort meal! Be sure to bookmark this recipe because it is one you’ll want to come back to again.


Here’s what you’ll need:
- 4-6 Pork Chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1-2 Tbsps Bacon Up
- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 1 1/2 cans water (use the empty mushroom soup can)
- Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste


Ok, let’s get cooking!
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Season chops on both sides.
Next, in a medium high heat skillet, melt Bacon Up, butter or bacon grease and sear chops on both sides but don’t cook all the way.
In a baking dish or aluminum pan, pour in rice, cream of mushroom, and 1 1/2 cans of water and mix.
After that, place chops on top and bake 30-40 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
Lastly, let everything cool 5 minutes and serve. This pairs great with just about any vegetable you should choose.
