Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Pork Chops
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1-2 Tbsps Bacon Up
  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 1 1/2 cans water use the empty mushroom soup can
  • Salt pepper and garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Season chops on both sides.
  • Next, in a medium high heat skillet, melt Bacon Up, butter or bacon grease and sear chops on both sides but don’t cook all the way.
  • In a baking dish or aluminum pan, pour in rice, cream of mushroom, and 1 1/2 cans of water and mix.
  • After that, place chops on top and bake 30-40 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
  • Lastly, let everything cool 5 minutes and serve. This pairs great with just about any vegetable you should choose.
