Crockpot Italian Chicken

A delicious chicken meal that's easy!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs of chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 16 oz bottle of Italian Dressing
  • 16 oz cooked pasta
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • Optional* 8oz broccoli peas, or spinach

Instructions

  • Start out by placing chicken in your crockpot with cream cheese and pour the entire bottle of dressing over the top of that.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is 165°F.
  • Remove chicken and shred or cut up before returning to the crockpot.
  • Next, add cooked pasta, 1-2Tbsps pasta water, and parmesan cheese to the crockpot and mix.
  • Serve hot, add veggies last hour of cooking if desired or serve them fresh next to it.
