Marry Me Chicken
The viral chicken meal that everyone loves. You’ll definitely want to try my rendition of this recipe. This also makes great leftovers!

Here’s what you’ll need to make this:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 Tsp each of Salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (asiago works too)
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp ground thyme
- 1/2 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
- 16oz of pasta cooked

Let’s get cooking!
Starting out, in a large pan, add olive oil and butter on medium heat and melt.
Add chicken and cook until 165°F and browned, then set aside.
Next, add garlic and chicken broth to deglaze pan and bring to a light boil.
Lower the heat and add heavy cream and cheese, stirring constantly until cheese is melted.
Next, toss in all of the seasonings and chopped, sun-dried tomatoes.
Stir occasionally until thickened (if you want a thicker sauce, you also can add more cheese or a corn starch slurry).
While sauce is thickening, chop the chicken to bite sized pieces and add to a pan.
Toss in cooked pasta to the sauce.
Garnish with parsley and enjoy!

I made this for dinner tonight & it turned out so good, everyone LOVED IT! 🙂 However, I had watched the video a few days ago, so when I was reading the instructions on here, it didn’t say to coat the chicken in the flour & spices before frying it which it shows in the video. I watched it again after I realized that part was missing. I kept trying to figure out where the flour came into play. HaHa Instead I ended up seasoning the chicken & frying it up that way which worked out great so all’s good in the cooking world. Thx again for all you great recipes.
