Air Fryer Salmon

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillet
  • 1 Tbsp mayo
  • Salt pepper, garlic powder to taste
  • Lemon juice to garnish
  • Optional* 1 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Starting out, pat dry the salmon fillet and spread mayo across the entire surface lightly and evenly.
  • Next, season as desired and optionally add parmesan cheese to coat before cooking for additional flavor and texture.
  • Add the salmon to the air fryer. Cook at 400ºF until internal temperature is 145ºF at the thickest part of the fillet (approximately 7-10minutes).
  • Carefully remove and enjoy!
  • This pairs great with veggies, rice or any other side you’re in the mood for that day.
  • *Optional: Garnish with lemon juice for a little extra flair and flavor.
