Blueberry Sausage Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 packs blueberry muffin mix
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • *Optional - syrup

Instructions

  • Starting out, preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Next, add all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine.
  • Roll the mixture into 1"-2” balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet or in a muffin tin.
  • Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until the tops are browned how you like them.
  • Let them cool and enjoy with some syrup! Refrigerate leftovers for a yummy, grab-and-go breakfast the next day.
