Starting out, preheat your oven to 350°F.
Next, add all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine.
Roll the mixture into 1"-2” balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet or in a muffin tin.
Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until the tops are browned how you like them.
Let them cool and enjoy with some syrup! Refrigerate leftovers for a yummy, grab-and-go breakfast the next day.
