Pancake Sausage Balls

If you love blueberry pancakes and sausage then you’ll love these fun breakfast balls! They are great for meal prepping as well. Check out the savory version of this here!

Sometimes kids can be picky but these delicious little balls of heaven are beloved by kids and adults alike!

Here’s what you’ll need to make this yummy recipe:

  • 2 packs blueberry muffin mix
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 8oz cream cheese, softened

Let’s get cooking!

Starting out, preheat your oven to 350°F.

Next, add all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine. 

Roll the mixture into 1″-2” balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet or in a muffin tin.

Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until the tops are browned how you like them.

Let them cool and enjoy with some syrup! Refrigerate leftovers for a yummy, grab-and-go breakfast the next day.
