Here’s a list of things you’ll need to make this recipe:

  • 4 rectangles of graham crackers (break in half for 8 different cookies)
  • 3 Hershey chocolate bars (4 pieces on each of the 8 cookies)
  • 8 Jumbo marshmallows
  • Tub of pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough

Here’s a recipe for chocolate chip cookie dough if you want to make your own instead of using a tub of cookie dough.

Is your mouth watering yet? Ok then, let’s get baking!

Starting out, preheat your oven to 350°F. Then, place 8 half pieces of graham crackers (“islands”) on a baking sheet (I line my baking sheet with parchment paper).

Next, place 4 little rectangles of chocolate on each graham cracker “island”.

Put one jumbo marshmallow on top of each island.

After that, take a mound of your cookie dough and place it on top of each island. Use the cookie dough to encapsulate all the ingredients.

Next, place in the oven and bake for 16-17 minutes.

Let them cool until they set up.

*Tip: make sure to space the cookies out because they spread out a lot during the baking process.
