S'more Cookies
Servings: 8 cookies
Ingredients
- 4 rectangles of graham crackers break in half for 8 different cookies
- 3 Hershey chocolate bars 4 pieces on each of the 8 cookies
- 8 Jumbo marshmallows
- Tub of pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough
Instructions
- Starting out, preheat your oven to 350°F. Then, place 8 half pieces of graham crackers ("islands") on a baking sheet (I line my baking sheet with parchment paper).
- Next, place 4 little rectangles of chocolate on each graham cracker "island".
- Put one jumbo marshmallow on top of each island.
- After that, take a mound of your cookie dough and place it on top of each island. Use the cookie dough to encapsulate all the ingredients.
- Next, place in the oven and bake for 16-17 minutes.
- Let them cool until they set up.
*Tip: Make sure to space the cookies out because they spread out a lot during the baking process.
