Buffalo Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs cooked shredded chicken
  • 16 oz shredded cheese I go with 8oz Gouda and 8oz Mozzetta
  • ½- 1 cup buffalo sauce depending on spice preference
  • ½-1 cup ranch
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ chopped onion or to taste with onion powder
  • 8 oz block cream cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1-2 Tbsps minched garlic
  • 1 Tbsp ranch powder
  • 16 oz cooked macaroni
  • 6 oz shredded parm
  • Optional* green onion to garnish

Instructions

  • Starting out, add all of the ingredients to your crockpot and cook on high until the cheese is melted (between 1 and 2 hours). *Add Parmesan the last half hour while you cook the macaroni.
  • After the macaroni is cooked, toss it into the crockpot. Stir until mixed completely and garnish with green onion.
  • Side Note: (Depending on spice preference) We used 1 cup of buffalo sauce and thought it was too spicy. You may want to try ½ cup first to see how you like it.
