Starting out, add all of the ingredients to your crockpot and cook on high until the cheese is melted (between 1 and 2 hours). *Add Parmesan the last half hour while you cook the macaroni.
After the macaroni is cooked, toss it into the crockpot. Stir until mixed completely and garnish with green onion.
Side Note: (Depending on spice preference) We used 1 cup of buffalo sauce and thought it was too spicy. You may want to try ½ cup first to see how you like it.
