of Kix cereal

of cheese crackers

Worcestershire sauce

creole seasoning

preferred hot sauce
Instructions
Start out by preheating your oven to 225°F.
In two large aluminum pans, pour in all Chex ingredients equally and mix.
In a large pot, melt butter and while gently whisking, add Worcestershire sauce, seasonings and hot sauce.
Once everything is whisked together, pour the mixture evenly over the top of the Chex in both of the pans and mix carefully.
Bake for 4 hours, stirring every hour to keep the tops from getting overly toasted.
Carefully remove and let the Chex mix cool before placing it in ziplock bags to give away or enjoy later.
