Chicken Spaghetti
The perfect, creamy dinner that is sure to please everyone!

- 3 Chicken breasts
- 20 oz cream of chicken
- 16 oz cooked spaghetti
- 1 can rotel
- 16 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- Italian seasoning to taste
- Optional* 1/2 chopped onion
Start by placing chicken, cream of chicken, rotten, minced garlic, onion* and all seasonings in a crockpot on low for 4 hours or until chicken hits 165°F.
Next, remove the chicken and chop or shred to bite sized pieces and return to the crockpot.
Add all the cheese, cooked/drained pasta and sour cream, stirring until combined.
Finally, season more as needed until it's to your liking. Add parsley as garnish if you want to make it a touch more fancy. Enjoy!
