Chicken Spaghetti

The perfect, creamy dinner that is sure to please everyone!

Materials

  • 3 Chicken breasts
  • 20 oz cream of chicken
  • 16 oz cooked spaghetti
  • 1 can rotel
  • 16 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • Optional* 1/2 chopped onion

Instructions

  • Start by placing chicken, cream of chicken, rotten, minced garlic, onion* and all seasonings in a crockpot on low for 4 hours or until chicken hits 165°F.
  • Next, remove the chicken and chop or shred to bite sized pieces and return to the crockpot.
  • Add all the cheese, cooked/drained pasta and sour cream, stirring until combined.
  • Finally, season more as needed until it's to your liking. Add parsley as garnish if you want to make it a touch more fancy. Enjoy!
