Chicken Spaghetti
This is the OG chicken spaghetti recipe that will have you coming back for seconds and thirds! It’s cheesy, creamy and warm. Perfection at its finest!
The crockpot version is linked here.

Here’s what you’ll need to make this recipe:
- 2 cooked chicken breasts diced
- 16 oz pasta
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 1 can of rotel
- 1 diced onion
- 1 diced green pepper
- 2 Tbsps diced garlic
- 16 oz velvetta
- 16 oz shredded cheese (I use Colby jack)
- 1 dry ranch packet
- Onion powder, salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups chicken broth
- *optional taco seasoning to taste

Let’s get cooking!
Starting out, cook your pasta and set aside.
Next, put butter, green pepper, chicken and onion in pot and cook until softened.

Add in garlic, seasonings, cheeses and 2 cups of broth, stirring frequently to keep cheese from burning on bottom of the pot.

Once all cheese is melted, mix in noodles and use the remaining 2 cups of broth to bring cheese sauce to desired consistency.

**I also add some taco seasoning just for a little more flavor and heat.
Serve hot and enjoy with garlic bread!
