Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie with Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 21 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 2 can mixed veggies
  • salt/pepper/garlic/onion powder to taste
  • 8-10 frozen biscuits
  • 1 c milk
  • ½-1 c heavy cream
  • 1 diced onion **optional

Instructions

  • First off, put the chicken, cream of chicken soup, mixed veggies and seasoning in your crockpot and mix well.
  • Cook in crockpot until the chicken is 165℉ internal (2-4 hrs on high or 4-6 on low).
  • The last 30 minutes of the cook time, prepare your biscuits and bake.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, shred to your preferred size. Then return it to the crockpot and mix well.
  • Serve hot over the top of biscuits like the video shows and enjoy!
