Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie With Biscuits
Do you love chicken pot pie? Do you love biscuits? Then give this recipe a try! You may just fall in love with it.

Here’s what you’ll need to make this delicious meal:
- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 21 oz cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans mixed veggies
- salt/pepper/garlic/onion powder to taste
- 8-10 frozen biscuits
- 1 c milk
- ½-1 c heavy cream
- 1 diced onion **optional



Let’s get cooking!
First off, put the chicken, cream of chicken soup, heavy cream, milk, mixed veggies and seasoning in your crockpot and mix well.
Cook in crockpot until the chicken is 165℉ internal (2-4 hrs on high or 4-6 on low).
The last 30 minutes of the cook time, prepare your biscuits and bake.
Once the chicken is cooked, shred to your preferred size. Then return it to the crockpot and mix well.
Serve hot over the top of biscuits like the video shows and enjoy!

Love this recipe it’s great for old timers like at 65 I don’t want to cook all day in the kitchen my legs and back can’t last that long lol and it’s cheaper then KFC and funner to make .we love your family and yes kids grow really fast I know I was one once now look 65 young
Is this a recipe you could freeze after cooking for a future meal or freezer meal for a friend?
I’m not completely sure how the integrity of the ingredients would hold up to being frozen and thawed but it’s worth a try! It may work.

Someone suggested over egg noodles. I might go that route because that’s just as easy. ….and were a noodling kind of family!

I thought you used a bag of frozen vegetables and then you put a can. I guess of mixed vegetables. But you also use paprika instead of onion powder, but then you said, maybe you would’ve put diced onion in there. I guess anything works.
This is a great recipe! Perfect comfort food as per everyone in my house. I’ve made this several times … sometimes just as written and other times improvised (out of necessity) and its a winner everytime. I’ve added gnocchi when I didn’t have biscuits. I’ve used Healthy Heart cream soups. I’ve used 8 oz of whipped cream cheese spread (yes, I said it 🙂 with about a teaspoon or so of lower sodium boullion instead of 1 can of soup. And I’ve used whatever canned vegetables or bags of frozen vegetables I had on hand. You just can’t screw this up! Thank you Justin! I love the website! Great photos, too!

I don’t have heavy cream, Can I just use only whole milk instead?
Yes, if you don’t have heavy cream whole milk should be ok.
