Ground Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp W sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onion garnish

Instructions

  • In a large pan, brown the beef and onions over medium heat.
  • Once onion is translucent, add garlic and stir until fragrant.
  • Add all spices, W sauce and mustard and stir it, letting cook 1 minute before adding broth and heavy cream.
  • Once up to a light boil, add the noodles and let it all cook until soft.
  • Reduce heat to low, add sour cream and cream cheese, stirring frequently until mixed.
  • Turn off heat, stir until thickened.
  • Garnish with chopped green onion for a pop color.
