In a large pan, brown the beef and onions over medium heat.
Once onion is translucent, add garlic and stir until fragrant.
Add all spices, W sauce and mustard and stir it, letting cook 1 minute before adding broth and heavy cream.
Once up to a light boil, add the noodles and let it all cook until soft.
Reduce heat to low, add sour cream and cream cheese, stirring frequently until mixed.
Turn off heat, stir until thickened.
Garnish with chopped green onion for a pop color.
