  1. Hey Justin. I’m a traveling nurse and caught sight of your recipes on Facebook. Thank you by the way. I have a medical condition that severely limits the spices that most cooks use but yours are quick, easy, and uses spices that I can tolerate. I’m asking about your chicken taquitos. I don’t have an air fryer handy. Can I bake it or do I need to use a frying pan?

    1. Thank you for pointing that out! I edited the recipe for everyone. You put it in the air fryer on 375℉ for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Check halfway through.

Easy and delicious! We are in the midst of summer and it’s too hot to grill or bake. This was perfect paired with salsa and a salad.

Easy and delicious meal! We paired with salsa and a salad. Summer has been steamy-too hot to grill and not really wanting to use the oven. This was perfect.
