Chicken Caesar Wraps
Looking for a perfect summertime meal? Try this spin on a traditional chicken wrap. These are a great meal made fresh or to pack in your lunch bag for later in the day. If you’re looking for go even healthier, simply use lettuce leaves instead of the tortilla shells.

Here’s what you’ll need to make this yummy goodness:
- 3-4 Frozen Chicken Strips
- 4oz Mini Caesar Salad Kit
- 1-2 Torillas
- Extra ranch
- Crispy Dilly salad topping
- Crispy Jalapeño salad topping
- Bacon Bits
- Optional additional toppings*

Let’s get cookin’!
Starting out, prepare the chicken tenders or nuggets in your air frier or oven per package directions.

Next, in a large bowl, add salad mix kit and toss it together with any additional toppings you would like to include.

Once the chicken is done, carefully remove and chop it into bite sized pieces and add to the salad, mixing well.

Preheat tortillas to make it easier to roll without tearing (I usually put them in the microwave with a damp paper towel covering them for 30 seconds to 1 minute).
Next, lay out tortillas. Spread the mixture evenly between both, Wrap tightly, tucking in sides to make sure they stay together while eating.
Optional* toast all sides of the tortillas in a medium heat pan to add a little more flavor and texture for no additional calories.
This pairs well with chips, fresh fruit or just by itself!

Made this last night for me and the fiance, it was absolutely delicious. We went with a avocado ranch instead of the ceaser dressing for a little twist. Thank you for sharing your quick and easy meals for a family that needs them. From my family to yours thank you and keep up the great work
