Meatloaf

This is my classic recipe for meatloaf. The great thing about meatloaf is that you can mix and match it with lots of different side dishes each time to create a new taste profile each time you eat it. Personally, our family loves meatloaf with a cheesy scalloped potato dish and some green beans and corn. And don’t forget meatloaf leftovers! Have you had a meatloaf sandwich? Yum! You’ll definitely want to try this recipe.
