Mississippi Chicken Sliders
This recipe is fantastic and great for game day! You definitely want to save this to make easy midweek meals.
Here’s a link to the Mississippi chicken that I used for the filling.

Here’s what you’ll need to make the sliders:
- 2 8 oz packs sliced provolone cheese
- 2 12-packs Kings Hawaiian sweet rolls
- Mayo or butter to toast buns
- 2 Tbsps melted butter
- 1 Tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- Filling from linked Mississippi chicken recipe

Let’s get cooking!
Starting out, preheat oven to 350°F.
Open your pack of buns and cut them in half, setting the top half to the side, cover the tops of the bottom half with mayo or butter.

Toast in the oven 3-5 minutes, carefully remove and add provolone cheese, half of mixture to each set of 12 sliders and place the top buns on.

Next, brush on the melted butter and sprinkle on ranch and parsley.

Bake an additional 3-5 minutes or until desired color appears.
