Cheesy Bacon Ranch Dip

Looking for an appetizer for your next game night? This one is a hit! It’s cheesy. It’s drip-able. And it has bacon! What’s not to love?

Here’s the list of ingredients you’ll need for this creation:

  • 2 8 oz block cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • 1 container of bacon bits
  • 1 Tbsp chopped green onion
  • your favorite bbq seasoning to taste (I used Heath Riles garlic jalapeño)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • extra green onion to garnish

Let’s get cooking!

Preheat your smoker to 350°F.

Next, combine cream cheese, sour cream and ranch in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.

Add cheddar, colby jack, 3/4 bacon, green onion and all seasonings to the bowl and mix completely.

Next, put mixture into a grill safe tray and spread until even.

Top with parmesan cheese and the rest of the bacon bits.

Put it on the smoker for 30 minutes, stirring halfway.

Top with more green onion and serve with your favorite dipping chips.

Cheesy Bacon Ranch Dip

  • Put mixture into grill safe tray and spread until even.
  • Top with parmesan cheese and the rest of the bacon bits.
  • Put on the smoker for 30 minutes, stirring halfway.
  • Top with more green onion and serve with your favorite dipping chips.

    I’m in Australia i have no idea what a container of bacon is but i’m sure if i fry up 500g to 1kg of bacon none of the guys will complain. Sorry for using gram and kilo lol. Also i will change the the cream cheese to a Philadelphia Sweet Chilli Cream cheese we get here as cooking something is about making it your own.
