Sloppy Joe Sliders

Everyone likes a sloppy Joe, so why not make them into delicious sliders? Follow along and learn how I make my sloppy Joe sliders with that special pizzazz!

Here’s what you’ll need to make this recipe:

  • 1 pack Kings Hawaiian slider buns
  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 15oz can tomato sauce
  • 1-2 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsps mustard
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Let’s get cooking!

First off, brown the ground beef over medium heat, mashing until it is a fine consistency.

Once browned, blot out some grease with a paper towel then add salt, pepper, garlic, onion and green pepper, cooking until soft.

In a seperate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients until smooth, to make the sauce.

Add sauce to the ground beef mixture, stirring occasionally. Let cook down until desired thickness is achieved.

Place the mixture on slider buns, covering mixture with cheese of choice and brush the top of buns with butter and seasoning before baking at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.

Serve with a side of raw veggies and dip and some chips and you have the perfect summer lunch!
