Smoked Chicken Thighs
Any day is a good day to bust out your smoker and make some delicious, bbq chicken thighs. This recipe is easy and will have you coming back for seconds.

Here’s the list of things that’ll you will need to make these:
- 3-5 lbs boneless chicken thighs
- Bbq Smoker
- Bbq seasoning of choice
- Bbq sauce that compliments your seasoning
- Meat thermometer

Let’s get cookin’…er…smokin’!
Start out by preheating your smoker to 275°F.
Remove the chicken from the packaging and pat it dry with a paper towel.
Next, season both sides, patting in seasoning.

Once smoker is maintaining at 275°F, place the chicken on and let it cook until 175-180°F internal temp (about an hour).

Once 175°F, baste both sides with bbq sauce lightly and let it cook 10-15 additional minutes for sauce to thicken up and get sticky.

Remove from smoker once internal is 185-190°F. ^ Here I am checking the temperature.

Let cool before serving.

Chicken is easily kept in the fridge for leftovers and meal prep for up to 4 days.
We had our chicken thighs with a side of cheesy potatoes and green beans. It was a wonderful meal!
