Oreo Cheesecake Bites
If you love Oreos as much as my family and I do, then you definitely need to give this recipe a try! I use milk chocolate chips in this recipe but you can make it your own and even use white chocolate if you would prefer. Don’t be afraid to get creative! There are lots of different options to make it a custom fit for your taste buds!


Here’s what you’ll need:
Cheesecake
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 8oz block cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 scoops Oreo protein powder
- 1 cup lite cool whip
Chocolate coating
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
- **Optional: Crushed Oreos to roll each piece in before chocolate hardens

Let’s get creating!
To start, combine softened cream cheese, yogurt, cool whip, vanilla and protein powder and mix on high until uniform.



Next, dollop out evenly on a baking dish and let set up in freezer for 30-45 minutes.


Next, melt your chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl, microwaving 30 seconds and stirring each time until everything is smooth.
Once set, dip poppers into the chocolate, coating them immediately into the crushed Oreo pieces to ensure max coverage.



Finally, let the chocolate set up and enjoy!
